Winter Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots (4 1/2 c.), sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Place in 1 quart casserole.
    Combine mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper and horseradish.
    Spoon over carrots.
    Mix crumbs and butter.
    Put on top of carrots.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
