Joann'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken steak, cut in strips or shrimp or scallops
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. mushroom slices
    1 c. onion slices
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. garlic oil
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. light teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Marinate meat or fish in 1/4 cup or less of teriyaki sauce for 2 hours.
    Heat saute pan.
    Add 1/2 both oils and stir-fry the meat or fish.
    Remove from pan.
    Clean pan.
