Banana Hawaiian Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
6 firm bananas, cut into 2-inch long pieces
1 (8 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Whip the cream until stiff. Add sour cream and sugar. Whip at low speed until just blended. Dip bananas into cream mixture; coat well. Roll in coconut. Serve on tray with chilled fruit. May be prepared several hours ahead.
