Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wild rice, soaked overnight
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Soak rice overnight and simmer while preparing the rest of ingredients.
    Brown meat and drain off liquid.
    Add onions and celery, mushrooms and soup.
    Combine in 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle almonds on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
