Chicken Braccotillini With Mushroom And Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Fontina or Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    5 slices Prosciutto
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Madeira or Marsala wine
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts.
    Combine next 5 ingredients.
    Spread mixture evenly over each breast.
    Top each breast with a slice of Prosciutto.
    Roll breasts and secure with toothpicks.
    Heat oil and margarine.
    Brown chicken rolls evenly.
    Place rolls in pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
