Cherries Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can dark sweet pitted cherries, drained (keep juice)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. Arrow Five Star Brandy (warm)
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine cherry juice, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until syrupy. Add cherries.
    Heat through.
    Transfer to chafing dish.
    Add brandy.
    Ignite carefully. When flame dies, spoon over ice cream.
