*Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Combine eggs, muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.
Stir in both types of corn.
Pour into greased, oblong baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
This is a good potato substitute with ham or pork dinner.
Serves 8.
