Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil.
Add baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in zucchini, walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until top springs back.
