Cantaloupe Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 c. cantaloupe pulp
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Cream the sugar and shortening together.
Add the egg and the cantaloupe.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a greased bread pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
