Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed and flaked
    1 pt. large-sized cherry tomatoes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Drain
    crabmeat on several layers of paper towels.
    Cut off
    a thin
    slice from top and bottom of each cherry tomato. With
    a small melon ball cutter, remove pulp from tomatoes and drain upside
    down
    on
    paper
    towels.
    In
    a small bowl, mix crabmeat, mayonnaise,
    parsley,
    mustard
    and salt until well blended. Stuff
    tomatoes.
    Chill
    at
    least 30 minutes before serving.
