Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, drained
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Mix with oil.
    Add zucchini, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add nuts to dry mixture, coating nuts well.
    Add dry mixture to wet; blend thoroughly.
    Bake in loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
