Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Spam, cubed
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Combine soup, milk and cheese. Simmer and stir until cheese is melted.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
