Hi-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
2 c. sour cream
3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 (4-oz.) cans green chiles, diced
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Add Monterey jack cheese to warm rice.
Stir in sour cream and the green chiles.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
