Sausage Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Crumble sausage in skillet.
Cook until well done and drain thoroughly.
Microwave cream cheese, sour cream and tomatoes until melted.
Add sausage to mixture and microwave another minute. Serve hot.
May add picante sauce if you like it spicier.
