Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 carrot
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop together cabbage and carrot and let stand for 1 hour. Boil together sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed. Mix with vegetables and let stand for 2 hours. Drain and freeze. Add a little mayonnaise and vinegar to taste when ready to serve.
