Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Cool Whip (optional)
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt margarine on low heat; remove from heat.
Add sugar and cocoa and blend.
Add eggs.
Stir, don't beat.
Add milk and vanilla and stir.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
Let set before cutting (about 1 hour).
Top with Cool Whip.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
