Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 2/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
    7 jalapeno peppers
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Blend corn meal and sugar.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and dust with corn meal. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
