Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. hot seasoned sausage
    1 box seasoned bread crumbs with garlic salt
    celery salt
    Italian seasoning
    minced onions
Preparation
    Cool eggs and peel.
    Mold sausage around eggs. Dip in flour; easier if you keep hands floured.
    Dip in 3 beaten eggs.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Deep fry; cool and chill.
