Grilled Chicken With Dijon Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. each: tarragon and thyme
    dash of crushed red pepper
    2 chicken breasts (1/4 lb. each), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
    Stir.
    Add chicken and coat well.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
    Spray nonstick sheet with nonstick spray.
    Arrange chicken on tray.
    Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over chicken.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until chicken is light brown and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 2. Contains 177 calories, 6 gm fat and 412 mg sodium.
