Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold coffee
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (it's easier to use your hands to work dry ingredients with sausage).
Spread evenly in a 10-inch tube pan. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
