Parfait Salad Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    green food coloring
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail; gradually add salad dressing and sugar to softened cream cheese.
    Mix in a few drops of food coloring until well blended.
    Fold in drained fruit cocktail, marshmallows, nuts and whipped cream, then spoon mixture into two 1 pound coffee cans; cover and freeze.
    Remove from cans onto lettuce leaves. Serves 10 to 12.
