Quickie Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation

Pour all ingredients into a microwaveproof saucepan, or an 8-cup measuring cup, except for the vanilla and the nuts. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Add the vanilla and nuts and stir well.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch buttered pan.
Freeze for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour.
