Eggless Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    2 c. finely grated zucchini
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa and nuts (optional).
    Then add zucchini, oil and vanilla.
    Mix by hand until moistened.
    Pour in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
