Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves
4 eggs, beaten and seasoned with garlic salt, salt and pepper
cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. boiling water
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 bouillon cubes
Preparation

Debone and pound chicken flat.
Dip in seasoned eggs.
Fry in butter until brown; set aside.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, flour and butter.
Pour mixture over chicken; garnish with fresh lemon.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
