Quick Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. diced or shredded chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Spray a medium casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Put mixture in casserole dish.
    Cover casserole.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Remove cover and microwave another 10 minutes or cook in conventional oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
