Deer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground deer meat
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. shredded or grated cheese
tortilla chips
black olives, chopped
Preparation

In greased casserole dish put a layer of deer mixture
with a layer of tortilla chips, grated cheese and black olives chopped, layer until deer mixture is all used up.
Put in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
