Bleu Cheese Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. dry vermouth
2 Tbsp. sour cream
4 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese (1/2 c.)
4 oz. cubed cream cheese
Preparation

Put in blender; cover.
Run 6 minutes at high speed.
Use with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini squash, cauliflower sections, carrots or celery.
