Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. Karo
dash of salt
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, Karo and salt.
Cook until hard ball forms when small amount is dropped in cup of cold water.
When hard ball forms, take off the fire and put pan in cold water.
Add butter and vanilla.
Beat until stiff, then add pecans.
Put in buttered platter.
Cut into squares.
Enjoy.
