Chicken Pie With Biscuit Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3/4 c. water or chicken broth
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. chopped, cooked or canned chicken
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute the onion, green pepper and celery in butter.
    Blend in flour, garlic salt and pepper.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water or broth.
    Stir into mixture.
    Add milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
    Then add chicken, bacon and soy sauce.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart lightly buttered baking dish.
