Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/2 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Add all ingredients except egg whites.
    Cool slightly before folding in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in buttered mold or loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 4 to 6.
