Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or chicken parts
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 stick oleo
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook chicken and take off bone.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Melt oleo; stir in Ritz crackers, crushed. Mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer or until light brown.
