Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained
    2 c. or 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    25 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients, except crackers, margarine and garlic and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Crush the 25 crackers and mix with the melted margarine.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Sprinkle this mixture over the baked vegetables and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
