Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. cooking apples, chopped
6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Flour and grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top of batter before baking.
Cake is best served 1 day after it is baked.
