Lois'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 to 4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Add sugar, then other ingredients, including remainder of water, alternating between liquid and dry ingredients.
    Makes a firm dough.
    Let rise 1 hour or more.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 450\u00b0.
