Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
2 green peppers
2 stalks celery
1 can tomato paste
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dill pickle juice
3 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
coarse black pepper
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
chopped parsley or celery leaves
Preparation

Chop onions, tomatoes (may use 1 large can of canned tomatoes), green pepper and celery.
These may be chopped as small or large as you like, depending on how chunky you like your salsa. This may also be done in a food processor.\tMix all ingredients and enjoy!
