Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples (peeled and cored)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. quick oats
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place apples in greased 8 X 8 X 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats.
Add melted butter.
Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is brown.
Ready to eat warm or cool.
The recipe can be doubled.
