Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso mild green chilies
    6 medium-sized zucchini, sliced
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. Longhorn grated cheese*
    1 1/3 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Take seeds out of green chili peppers and place on bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
    Place layer (1 1/2-inches thick, more or less) of zucchini on peppers; salt and pepper.
    Then add a nice layer of cheese.
    Mix Bisquick, eggs and milk.
    Beat lightly and pour over mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
