Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts, pecans or raisins
Preparation

Combine oil and eggs; mix until creamy.
Add sugar until smooth.
Combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix until blended.
Add pumpkin, then gradually sift in flour.
Then add walnuts, pecans or raisins.
Mix well.
Pour into loaf pans about 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
