Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. corn meal
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small can green chile peppers
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
    Mix in chile peppers. Mix corn meal, milk, eggs, creamed corn and oil.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place meat, onions and pepper on top of batter.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Pour remaining batter in.
    Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    (Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for electric oven and check at 45 minutes.)
