Tallerine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. dry noodles
    3 c. tomatoes
    1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt shortening in skillet. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper and ground beef. Cook until brown, stirring constantly. Season. Add noodles, tomatoes and grated cheese. Steam slowly on low temperature for 30 minutes.
