Aunt Judy'S Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cabbage
    1 1/2 large onions
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    1 large bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mustard
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Grate first 4 ingredients. Mix remainder of ingredients well. Simmer 3 minutes. Mix all together and simmer 30 minutes. Can or freeze whatever you want or keep refrigerated.
