Carrot Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, finely shredded
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    mayonnaise to spreading consistency
    1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped (I usually use a few more)
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and it is best made the night before using, in order for garlic to season well.
    Use garlic freely.
