Potatoes In The Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, sliced in thick slices or chunks (if using new potatoes, do not peel)
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup
Preparation
    Mix butter or oleo, water and onion soup. Pour over potatoes and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
