Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling salt
1 onion, sliced (optional)
2 cans red beets and liquid
Preparation

Heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.
Pour in jar; add hard-boiled eggs.
Store at room temperature.
