Chicken Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 deboned chicken breasts *
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 carrots
2 ribs celery
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives (optional)

Preparation

*Use whole cut up chicken, deboned.
Season chicken as you boil it.
