Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or veal
    1 lb. pork
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken rice or cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown together beef, pork, onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Last minute, sprinkle top with chow mein noodles.
