Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 grated raw potato
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a crock or glass jar. Cover with cheesecloth and let stand for 24 hours.
    Then cover container and let ferment in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Keep stored in refrigerator in covered jar.
