Cornish Game Hens With Wild Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens
    1 pkg. wild rice mix
    chicken bouillon cube
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 stalk celery
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix (serving four) as directed on package, using bouillon cubes in water.
    Saute chopped celery and hen's livers in butter.
    Add to rice mixture along with mushrooms and 1/2 of mushroom juice.
    Clean hens and salt inside and outside.
    Stuff with rice and place on backs in pan.
    Baste with butter and bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
