Copper Penny Salad(Marinated Carrots) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced, cooked carrots, drained
1 medium onion, minced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Mix onion, green pepper, sugar, soup, vinegar, oil and seasonings.
Pour over carrots and let stand overnight.
