Chicken Canapitsit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned chicken breasts, pounded to uniform thickness
    flour
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    5 scallions, sliced thin (including part of green)
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. lime zest
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
    In large skillet, heat butter.
    Saute chicken breasts 3 minutes per side.
    Remove to shallow casserole or gratin dish.
